Nga Uruora Kapiti Weeding Bees

Tuesday 23 May 2017, 9:00am

Nga Uruora Kapiti Project (Inc) is a community based conservation project set up in 1997 to reverse the drastic decline of coastal forest on the escarpment between Paekakariki and Pukerua Bay and bring back the dawn chorus. We meet every Tuesday morning to undertake planting in the winter and weed control in the summer. We also maintain our network of tracks. New volunteers are welcome.

Contact Peter Kentish at or call him 04 298 1255 or 021 027 70520.
