Make a plan: take it step by step— start with scattered patches to slow the weed spread, then move on to the worst infestations. Plant native or non-invasive plants as you go.
Use chemicals safely: if herbicide is needed, get advice from your local garden centre find the right one and learn about safe application methods. Always remember to read and follow the instructions on the herbicide label.
Stop weeds before they spread: remove weeds before they flower, fruit or seed to prevent future infestations.
