Ruth has been organising and participating our local weed busters for years. She is the leader of our local group, who meet every Monday morning
On top of that she is out in all weather, nearly every day doing weeds, pest control with traps and poison or looking for new problems.
This morning she organised for 40 pohutukawa to be planted along the foreshore.
